Abstract

¸ñÀû : °Ç¼³¾÷ ±Ù·ÎÀÚ´Â ¼ÒÀ½, ¸ÕÁö, È­ÇÐ ¹°Áú µî ¸¹Àº À¯Çع°ÁúµéÀ» ´Ù·ç°í ÀÖ´Ù. ÀÌ¿¡ º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â °Ç¼³¾÷¿¡ º¸°Ç°ü¸®ÀÚ¸¦ ¼±ÀÓÇÔ¿¡ µû¸¥ ºñ¿ë-ÆíÀÍ ºÐ¼®À» ½Ç½ÃÇÔÀ¸·Î½á °Ç¼³¾÷ º¸°Ç°ü¸®ÀÚ ¼±ÀÓÀÇ Çʿ伺À» °ËÅäÇÏ°íÀÚ ÇÑ´Ù.

¹æ¹ý : 2011³âÀ» ±âÁØ¿¬µµ·Î ÇÏ¿© °Ç¼³¾÷ ±Ù·ÎÀÚ 300¸í ÀÌ»ó »ç¾÷Àå 1,425°³¿¡ ´ëÇÏ¿© º¸°Ç°ü¸®ÀÚ ¼±ÀÓ ºñ¿ë°ú È°µ¿¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÆíÀÍÀ» »êÁ¤Çϱâ À§ÇÏ¿© ±âÁ¸ ÀڷḦ ¼öÁýÇÏ°í, ±âÁ¸¿¡ ¼öÇàµÇ¾ú´ø ¿¬±¸ µ¥ÀÌÅÍ¿Í ±¹°¡ µ¥ÀÌÅ͸¦ ºÐ¼®ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ¿¬±¸ °á°ú´Â °Ç¼³¾÷¿¡¼­ °ü·Ã ¹ý·É °³Á¤¿¡ µû¸¥ °æÁ¦¼º Æò°¡·Î »ç¾÷Àå¿¡¼­ °Ç¼³¾÷ º¸°Ç°ü¸®ÀÚ¸¦ ¼±ÀÓÀ» Àû±ØÀûÀ¸·Î À¯µµÇϱâ À§ÇÑ ±Ù°ÅÀڷḦ Á¦½ÃÇÏ¿´´Ù.

Purpose: The construction worker has diverse harmful factors such as noise, dust, and dealing with chemicals. Therefore this research aimed to examine the necessity of appointing a health manager in the construction industry by examining the cost-benefit analysis when the construction industry appoints a health manager.

Methods: In order to calculate the healthcare staff employment cost and the benefits from their activities in 1,425 construction companies with the staff of 300 or more people during 2011, this study analyzed existing data and existing research data, as well as national data.

Results: Total annual costs were 99,920,070,900 won and total annual benefits were 324,807,182,625 won. Benefits were found to be 224,887,111,725 won exceeding costs. Benefit/cost ratio resulting from appointing a health manager in the construction industry workplaces was 3.25 times.

Conclusion: The findings of this research can be used as the base data to make rational decision to positively encourage the employment of healthcare staff in construction companies pursuant to relevant laws.
